This service provides a full valuation of the practice, but does not split plant and equipment value from goodwill value. This service is appropriate for practice sales, arms-length partnerships, accounting, insurance and strategic planning purposes.
This involves:
- A full valuation report
- Your key business metrics (consultations, repeat consultations, average invoice value, etc.), compared to the industry average.
- Normalisation of business financials, which are then compared to the industry average.
- Comparison of key prices, compared to the industry average.

Practice Valuation and Asset Valuation
This service includes everything in a practice valuation and also involves a more in-depth analysis via a site visit. It is suitable for situations where:
- The value of plant and equipment needs to be known, independently of goodwill.
- The sale of a practice that has been trading for a short period of time.
- The sale of a practice where P&E investments have been very high.
Price: $6000 + travel costs

Further analysis of a business’ financial records, to verify the accuracy of information provided.

- Onsite plant and equipment valuation (independent from a practice valuation).
